Synopsis:

The LDS Church Conference Center Green Roof is a 4 acre green roof built atop one of the worlds largest unsupported conference centers, seating 21,000 people. The design was meant to evoke the natural landscapes of the Salt Lake Valley. The eastern portion of the roof is landscaped with alpine plantings while the western portion is a prairie meadow with nearly a hundred wildflower species. The rooftop also features plazas, walkways, water features, and sweeping vistas of downtown Salt Lake City and the valley.
