The Lan Su Classical Garden is stylistically the most accurate classical Chinese garden outside of China. Chinese gardens are as much about the pursuit of the spiritual and intellectual as the quest for aesthetics. Symbolism and spiritual references can be found everywhere in the garden, from the plantings to the water, from the zig-zag pathway to the boat house.
